Mua Power Pout Colour Intense Tint & Balm Crazy in Love

Hi guys 

I was recently in super drug I always like to check out the MUA stand and seen these Power pout colour Intense tint and Balm  very similar to the clinique chubby sticks  

I really liked the look of the Crazy in love colour it a beautiful deep cherry colour 

It has a mint scent the colour transfers very well its very opaque 

and the balm is really nice feel very good on your lips it does leave a stain on the lips which doesn't look the best it kind looks cheap and it leaves the little pieces of shimmer in it on the lips and with the faded colour it  doesn't look good however I would just re apply at this stage for a fresh look they retail at about €3.45  which is a steal

Mani Monday Isadora Sugar crush Nails Pool Crush

Hi guys 

I was recently  at an Isadora event for the launch of there new Sugar  Crush effect and I was immediately drawn to this colour Pool Crush  its a gorgeous electric blue the sugar effect is really cool you can actually see the transformation as you paint your nails and it really does feel like you have trapped sugar on your nails while you were painting them these polishes dry so quickly too which is always a must for me

My Homemade Vegetable Soup

Hi guys 

I have really being enjoying making my own breakfast lunch and dinner instead of grabbing takeaways  

and coffees on the goes 

I recently  sorted out a diet plan and for my lunch I have soup that I make my self so I said I would share the recipe with you guys 

Please don't be put off by the colour its just because its mostly green veg 

This will serve 4-5 people 

1 Leek 

2 Courgettes 

60g mushrooms 

100g Cabbage 

1tbsp of olive oil 

200g Cauliflower 

200g broccoli 

1 vegetable stock cube dissolved in 1 litre of boiling hot water 

I put everything into a big pot and when its cooked I get my hand blender and blend it all together 

so so easy 

and all for 50 kcal per bowl

New Diet Plan

Hi guys

I have decided to start yet  another Diet You guys are properly sick of hearing about it but I said id share anyway! 

I'm going on holiday in about eight weeks so I decided to have that be my motivation 

My friend went to a weight loss clinic and lost ten stone however it was really expensive to go I just couldn't afford to do it 

 however she helped me with a basic diet she followed  to loose the bulk of her weight 

Breakfast 

Handful of mushrooms 

Half a tomato 

Turkey rasher 

One boiled egg 

I slice of wholemeal toast 

Mid morning 

Cup of tea with two Mc vities Breakfast 

porridge oat biscuits 

Lunch 

I make my own soup its only 50 calories per bowl 

5 Finn crisp 

two slices of ham 

I know the colour is crazy but its just because its made up of all green veg!

After noon snack 

I have the same as my mid morning snack I might some times swap the tea for a bottle of water or coke zero 

Dinner 

Chicken and half a ton of green veg's 

I love sprouts, green beans and broccoli and I drizzle some sweet chili  sauce over everything and its so yummy and filling

  

Part of the diet is to having an after dinner snack put I'm so full I skip it

Aprils Glossy boxes

Hi guys 

Its that time again my glossy box came in the post today 

and here are some of the goodies I got

Have to say I was really not impressed with this months box I seen other peoples boxes with way better than what I got however I always try to make the best of things!

I have seen these in boots and for some reason always thought the were a cellulite cream due to the name how ever its just a body cream it smells amazing in fact I couldn't stop smelling it yum!

I figure this will come in handy on my holiday to relax with this in the evening after a long day of sun bathing

Very strange product described as a multi -tasker  apparently it counteract frizz , increase shine and gives you volume
I have to say I really stay away from things for your hair that are 2 in 1
However I will give this a go and report back

I thought  wow this will really be handy for my holiday  with an SPF of 50+ however the bottle is really not one I could open and close to easily and rally got made when I seen the back and seen
it was a 'FREE SAMPLE' I got really mad I paid quiet a bit for these boxes and the try to justified this I feel like they could have added something else in for us as this was free for them even a glossy box own product would have done

Pretty Disappointed  with this box
hopefully the next one will be better

Ciate sand dune 085

Hi guys

I love this time of month when all this months glossy mags are out and I was delighted when they came with freebies one of which is Ciate in the colour Sand Dune 085

I have use these polish before and have been pretty impressed with them the colour seem a bit of a strange choice seen as its not typically a spring colour its a sparkly gold usually I would think of this colour for around Christmas time going to Christmas party's etc  however it is a beautiful colour

This look took two coats  and dried very quickly

This colour would look fab with a tan in the summer but in general I think it would suit all skin types
